Renewal

The sparkling river speaks to the mind
Of the laughter and sweetness of Spirit, I find.
If you dare to explore your watery depths,
You’ll love and be loved without man-made concepts.
We are larger than life as we know it on Earth;
Come dance to your beauty and join the Rebirth.
Softly at first, are the strains of our song;
Growing stronger as we each find where we belong.
I can feel my soul humming to my inner beat
As the rhythms of earth pulse beneath my bare feet.
My spirit breaks free from the chains of my past;
My blood sings with joy as the old breathes its last.
I’ll dance in the moment as I travel the ways
Of Destiny’s Highway till the end of my days.
