About Me

Hi and welcome to my site! I am not too good at describing myself, I let my poetry and now my daily blog show you who I am. I prefer the name Sandy, simply because it speaks of my love of all things coastal and it isn’t as formal as Sandra lol.. I am really not a very formal person though I hold no judgment of those who are. I am fifty six, a mum of three and a grandmother of 10..whew I have lived and experienced so much through these beautiful beings over the last many years and hopefully I have wisdom and joy to offer as a result. I believe that in order to be all you can be you need to acknowledge and work on all aspects of self.. physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Oh heck the best way to learn about me is to read that which I have written for it is in these words you will find the true self that is often left hidden to the outside world in my daily life
