Untitled Rhyme

I am finding life too chaotic right now to be able to post all over but I did get asked to put my latest writing on my website so, as I don’t have a title for this rhyme, I decided my blog was the best place for it… some may see this is upbeat, others as doomsaying.. its neither. It is simply what I was given. Interpretation as always depends on each individual’s viewing.. Blessings 🙂 xx

The game is afoot, we’re betwixt and between
Don’t tell the whole truth but say what you mean
These riddles are offered to each of us now
Each one is unique, each showing us how
To live in the moment and share from our hearts
With truth and discernment we’ll each play our parts.
Don’t look for the answers in others’ ideas
Don’t listen to whispers from minds filled with fears.
Be open to all that has been and will be
The moment’s upon us that sets our souls free.
Our power to harm or to heal Mother Earth
Is shining so brightly in this moment of birth.
We’re not what we seem in this world of man
We’re beautiful beings attuned to the land;
The Guardians of nature; the bringers of light;
Revel in Her beauty, for this is your right.
Now turn from the teachings of hatred and fear
Remember to play and be joyful this year.
The answers will seek those who hear her call.
The Old Ones arise and the Cold Ones will fall.
The words of the bards and the call of the wild
At last will be heard by each human child.
Be merry my children, let go of despair.
The end has been written; the outcome is fair.
