Long time no post lol … its already June 18th .. omg how quick does it go?

Well I might as well begin with letting you all know that my beautiful car sold very quickly and, while I was so sad to see her go, I am happy to say that her new owner has already re-lacquered her and is keeping her promise to continue the tradition of loving her 🙂 Yes I miss her but it makes such a difference to know that a car that looked after Josh and I so bloody well has found a home where she is as appreciated as she was with us and who have the money to keep her in the fashion I no longer can…
That said, I am now in Taree, awaiting yet another fix on my beloved motorhome. It would seem her diesel tank had been welded and that has been the cause of a very large leak .. arghhhhhhh lol.. again I am fortunate for there is another really good diesel mechanic here who is fixing her as we speak. If I had not sold my car I would not have been able to afford the repair or the charger that is going into her to make sure I can charge her house batteries when I plug into 240 volt.. just another thing that was not done in the original, very costly conversion :/ Not to whinge though because the up side is I had the money when it was needed, so I consider myself blessed indeed!
I still need the rights to my plates to sell and, when I get back home, its going to be a concerted push to sell off my furniture. I realise I wont get anywhere near what it is worth but I do not want to be tied to it anymore.. freedom is beckoning! hehehehe

In the meantime I am enjoying the lovely company of my Taree friends, surely not a bad way to cool one’s heels 😛
