I have been going through such an inward time and so I have not written here. There have been times of late that have had no words to express, both uplifting and not so. For me its been a time of questing for me… today I have been given two writings. This one feels appropriate to say gday to you all with today and goes, I think, a long way to explaining my journey in my absence xxx

The guidance continues to pour in from above.
I’m encouraged to write from a heart filled with love.
To all who are questing, They say stop and breathe!
You won’t find it by chasing an illusory dream.

Follow your heart and live life to the full
But remember to listen to that deep inner pull.
It knows there is happiness surrounding us all;
You’ll dance in delight as you answer the call.

Seek not the lost ones for they’ll call your name;
You’ll know that at last they’ve stopped ‘playing the game’.
With hearts torn asunder to let in the light,
At last they will see you and all will be right.
